Sharing a Great Event & Great Idea ... “Celebrate Independence Expo!”
The Independence Center of Colorado Springs is participating in an event called “Celebrate
Independence Expo!” What makes this event special is that for the first time, 6
great local organizations are combining their strengths, services and resources into one big event. The
“Yes We Can Expo”, the “OIB Fair”, the “Adaptive Home Event”, the “Community
Health Fair”, the “Artists with Disabilities Showcase” and “ADA Celebration” - all of Colorado Springs, are
all coming together under the “Celebrate Independence Expo!” event. What a great idea
for consumers, professionals and those wanting to share their products and services.

technology that serve people with disabilities. The event planners are creating an adaptive home display and planning classes and entertainment. The event will also feature free
